Our extraordinary future President just stepped off the DNC stage and now its up to us. This IS the most important election of our lifetime and Michelle Obama told us to Do Something! Boston Ward 19 Democratic Party is here to help. You are invited to Do Something!, a gathering to help you get involved in winning the November election. Voters in seven Presidential battleground states – Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia – will determine the future of our country.  President Harris and Vice President Walz will need a Democratic Senate and House to get things done. There are critical Senate races in five of those states (Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania) plus two additional states (Ohio, Montana), and about 30 important House races scattered nationwide.

It’s absolutely critical that Democrats take back control of the House and hold onto the Senate and White House. Any issue you care about – climate change, women’s control of their own healthcare, voting rights, democracy itself – can only be addressed IF Democrats control the federal government in Washington, D.C.

We feel momentum moving in our direction but there’s work to be done. This is no time to sit back and let others take care of it. We need all hands on deck for the next 75 days.

But what can we, living in a Blue Bubble in a Blue state, do? PLENTY!  The Ward 19 Democratic Party will help you get involved. We’re hosting Do Something! on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, 7-9 pm.
